 
Rock Property Management,
S.A. (Rock Properties) was founded by Mr. Gabriel E. Rocha in
early 2005 and is located in Jacó, Puntarenas, the heart of Costa
Rica's Central Pacific.
Mr. Rocha has been living and
working in Costa Rica for the past 6 years. He
was worked in management positions for luxury hotels in different
countries.
He currently lives with his
wife and three children in Jacó.
Mr. Rocha, 36, a native
Mexican, is fluent in English, Spanish and
French.
Also working at Rock Properties
is Jorge Russell, a native Chilean, and Alberto Degani, a
native Italian. Jorge and Alberto are in charge of the field
operations.
Carmen Tromp is in charge of
Housekeeping. Her job includes supervising the cleaning and making
sure the houses have the right amenities. Carmen has plenty
hotel experience as part owner of a nice hotel in
Jaco.
The rental reservations
department is handled by Hugo Baudet, a native Brazilian. Hugo
started working with us in mid 2007. He has been working in hotels
since 2000.
Jeffrey Alvarez is our office
assistant, in charge of paying all bills and reporting.
Jeffrey is a native Costa Rican, currently studying Public
Accounting.
We use state-of-the-art
software to handle both owners' accounts and rental
reservations.
